It can be extremely difficult to create a fitness plan yourself, and even more challenging to stick to it and hold yourself accountable.
Not to mention how scary it can be stepping into a gym for the first time, or overcoming any anxiety you may have over using the machines and fitness equipment, especially when the gym is busy.
I am experienced in creating fitness plans, helping you to stay accountable, advising on injury and health concerns, and we can work together to build your confidence to work out effectively with me, or independently in the gym.
During our sessions, we will be able to use the personal training gym, which means that we can work out privately and in our own space. This can help build confidence and remove any distractions, so we can really focus and work on your goals.
